Born in Dublin, has been working in the real estate industry for over half a century. Living in Co. Wicklow since 1960 and specialising in all aspects of the industry. Qualifying with the I.A.V.I in 1972, joined Hassett & Fitzsimons as General Manager and becoming an Associate in 1977 before taking over the Company in 1982 and moving to Dame Street.

Hassett & Fitzsimons is now registered as Chartered Valuation Surveyors and carry a substantial Professional Indemnity Insurance together with a similar Insurance held by the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland.

As Chairman of the Foxborough Riding Club in County Wicklow, he is very involved in a wide range of Equestrian activities.

Roy McKay M.S.C.S.I, M.R.I.C.S

Roy McKay merged his Company Toole McKay with Hassett & Fitzsimons in 2010. Roy has been in the business since 1972 and specialised in land sales in North County Dublin together with residential and commercial sales and lettings in North and South Dublin.

Educated at Presentation College in Bray and later studied Marketing at Rathmines School of Commerce. He was a member of the Irish Auctioneers & Valuers Institute, and now a member of the Society of Chartered Survoyers Ireland and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

A keen sailor for many years he is closely associated with most aquatic sports.

Originally from Longford town, Emmet moved to Dublin after completing a certificate in Business Studies in Athlone I.T. in 1997.

Joined Hassett & Fitzsimons in 1999. Elected as an associate member of the Irish Auctioneers & Valuers Institute in 2001, Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors in April and November 2011 respectively. Providing his professional expertise in the valuation, management, letting and sale of residential and commercial property.

Emmet has a keen interest in sports particularly in long distance running. Regular participant in the Dublin City Marathon and similar events.

Leah Dunne, a past pupil of the Dominican Convent, Wicklow and has worked for 20 years with Hassett & Fitzsimons. Recently returned from a long spell in Spain with a renewed vigour and an abundance of experience in a variety of fields, the main one being her many years involved in the media on the Costa del Sol.

She returns to Hassett & Fitzsimons with new language skills, a variety of experience in both selling and renting and a real insight into our new multi-cultural society.

Leah is a dog lover and can be found wandering through the Wicklow Countryside with her two dogs at the weekends.

Sabrina St. Claire, a past pupil of Rathdown School, Glenageary brings a high level of commitment to client service through media communications, direct marketing, brochure layout and design since establishing her career in 2006, liaising with our print media colleagues while updating our website as well as our portfolio content on Daft and MyHome.ie. Sabrina also holds a Diploma in Honours Computerised Graphic Design and a Diploma in Marketing, PR and Events.

Sabrina is a competitive sportswoman with a keen interest in Aussie Rules and Soccer, socialising and motorsports.
